Needs analysis
We review your product’s dimensions, weight, order quantity, and shipping and shelf conditions together, and recommend the most suitable box style and material.

Design and sample
We prepare the dieline and make your artwork print-ready. Where needed, we produce a sample to get your approval on size and appearance.

Printing
Depending on the project, we use offset or flexo printing and check colour consistency throughout. On request, we apply finishes such as varnish or lamination.

Die-cutting, creasing and gluing
Printed sheets are die-cut and creased; windows are applied and boxes are glued into their final form.

Quality control, packing and shipping
After final inspection, products are packed to avoid damage in transit and delivered on the planned date.
